We take pride in our portfolio of comprehensive digital marketing services and industry leading events which sit under four powerhouse brands: ICE (International Casino Exhibition), iGB (iGaming Business), GGB (Global Gaming Business) and iGBA (iGB Affiliate). This role will be on the B2B facing side of our digital business working across the iGB, GGB and ICE brands specifically.

This unique 360 role will staddle both the Sales and Customer Success functions.
How you'll make an impact:
This unique fully rounded role will straddle both the Sales and Customer Success functions.
- Expanding Existing Customer Relationships: Cultivate deeper relationships with current customers by understanding their business objectives, messaging strategies, and success metrics. Leverage these insights to drive increased year-on-year (YOY) retention and average spend levels. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services, tailoring solutions to meet evolving customer needs and fostering long-term partnerships.
- New Business Sales: Working with our marketing and content teams to implement MQL and SQL strategies to build new relationships, acquire new business, broaden our customer base, and hit target
- New Product Development: Actively involved in contributing to product development using emerging market, customer, and audience trends to drive innovation in our digital sales approach
- Forecasting and Pacing: Accurate reporting, forecasting, and pacing to help ensure the business meets its financial targets
- Collaborative Campaign Management: Work closely with Marketing, Content, and other cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver client campaigns that exceed expectations. Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality that compels clients to continue working with us. Regularly evaluate campaign performance and client feedback, using insights to refine processes and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Financial Forecasting and Performance Tracking: Provide accurate, data-driven reporting, forecasting, and pacing to support business goals and help ensure that financial targets are met. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to proactively identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, ensuring the business remains on track to meet or exceed financial projections.
The skills & experience you'll need:
- Digital Media Expertise: Proven experience in digital media sales, customer success, or account management roles, with a deep understanding of the digital landscape.
- B2B Marketing Acumen: Strong knowledge in B2B marketing and advertising, with the ability to effectively educate and guide customers on strategic marketing initiatives and solutions.
- Networking Excellence: Exceptional networking skills, particularly in face-to-face interactions, to build and maintain valuable industry connections and partnerships.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically by developing and selling comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, leveraging live event sponsorships and stands as integral touchpoints throughout the customer journey.
- High-Level Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling engagement in meaningful, high-level conversations with customers and decision-makers.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic digital sales environment, adapting to evolving challenges and opportunities with ease.
- Proactive and Forward-Thinking: A proactive mindset with the ability to identify, anticipate, and capitalize on new opportunities, driving growth and innovation for the business.
- Revenue Generation: A strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets, showcasing results-driven performance and success in digital media sales.
- Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational abilities, ensuring seamless campaign execution and management while handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
